Ms. Odom is a native of the Nashville area who attended school in the Metro School District from start to finish. She received her high school diploma from Martin Luther King, Jr. Magnet High School in 2003. After which, she attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she obtained her B.A. in Political Science in 2006. In addition to her major in Political Science, Ms. Odom held a minor in Psychology as well as a minor in German. Ms. Odom is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from Tennessee State University. Upon completion, Ms. Odom plans on completing a Doctoral program either in Education or Philosophy.

Ms. Odom has one pet, a Yorkshire Terrier, who answers to “Captain.” In her spare time, Ms. Odom enjoys spending time with family and friends. Ms. Odom also enjoys shopping, networking, cooking, and of course eating!
