How can I apply or enroll my child in Rose Park?

Since Rose Park is a magnet school, all students must complete the magnet school application <put link here>. Students applying before the lottery whose number gets called can then reply accepting the slot; students applying after the lottery will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

How many students are zone & how many are magnet?

All students are magnet students and must go through the application process. We do have some students who walk to school, but they, too, have successfully completed the application process.

Are their minimum academic requirements to apply to Rose Park?

No, while Rose Park Magnet does offer a strong academic program, our students are not restricted by TCAP scores.

What does it mean to be a “Math and Science” school?

Rose Park has state of the art science labs, use technology, and offer a hands-on, project based curriculum.
