ROSE PARK MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
The excitement is in the school, PTO Membership Drive is COOL!
Pizza Parties and more great rewards will your child get, Signs and supplies will Rose Park greatly benefit!
The more we raise, the more we can do, so take the form, and show your support with whatever you can do!
Drive Dates: August 6 - October 1, 2007 (All memberships since Orientation will be counted)
****For every dollar you raise, you will earn 10 points towards Swords and Shields****
Rules:
1. Don’t forget to include out of town family, neighbors, friends and local businesses!!!!
Ask EVERYONE to support ROSE PARK with a $$$ donation of any amount (checks payable to ROSE PARK PTO).
***$30 RETURNED CHECK FEE if necessary!!!!!
2. Keep track of your collections in an envelope and return completed forms with collections by October 1, 2007 for your opportunity to WIN!
*Note: Memberships already paid will be included when determining prize recipients.

PER GRADE------
The class that turns in the highest $$$ receives a PIZZA PARTY and the Teacher will receive a lunch on a separate day from a choice of places.
PER GRADE----
The top three students per grade will receive lunch on a day separate from the pizza party from their choice of two places ( to be decided) and the top student sales of the school will be PRINCIPAL FOR THE DAY! All of these students will have lunch together with THE PRINCIPAL, Mr. Jones, who will also have lunch delivered.

THE GOAL FOR THIS DRIVE IS TO OBTAIN ALL PARENT AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND SUCCESSFULLY ACQUIRE ALL MATERIALS NEEDED FOR ROSEPARK TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL, WELL-ROUNDED YEAR!
